students will take part in the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad in Literature, which will begin on March 28 at the Higher School of Economics.

The event will draw student participants in grades 9-11 from 58 regions across Russia.

The programme for the Olympiad will be saturated given that 2015 has been declared the Year of Literature in Russia. Apart from the Olympiad competitions that will be held in three rounds, participants will meet with Natalia Tretiak, Russia’s First Deputy Minister of Education and Science; Zinaida Dragunkina, Chairperson of the Federation Council’s Committee on Science, Education, Culture, and Information Policy; Marina Loshak, Director of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts; Natalia Solzhenitsyn, President of the Solzhenitsyn Foundation; Filipp Dzyadko, creator of the Arzamas Educational Project; and Grigory Tarasevich, chief editor of the popular ‘Schrödinger's Cat’ project. In addition, tours, poetry readings, and workshops will be offered to students and teachers.
